The partner program
For consultants and agencies who introduce non-profits to RaffleLink — earn a share of the platform fee on the raffles they run.
If you work with non-profits — as a consultant, an agency, or a fundraising adviser — the partner program pays you a share of RaffleLink's platform fee on the raffles the organisations you introduce go on to run.
This is a different thing from the two that sound like it
- Partner (this page) — an outside individual or business who introduces organisations. Earns cash, paid by bank transfer. Runs no raffles.
- Affiliate — a role inside an organisation, for someone running raffles on its behalf. Unpaid by RaffleLink.
- Refer & earn — one organisation referring another. Both get a $30 platform-fee credit, not cash.
Applying
The partner hub lives at rafflelink.com/partner. You'll need a RaffleLink account and to be signed in — and because it isn't advertised inside the organiser dashboard, you'll usually arrive from our website or a link we've sent you.
The application asks for:
- About you — your name, and optionally a business name and phone number.
- Your partner code — the code organisations enter when they sign up, which also becomes your share link. We suggest one from your name; make it your own, or leave it blank and we'll create one. Codes are 3–20 characters, letters and numbers with single hyphens.
- Tax details — optional at this point, but we need an ABN before we can pay commissions. You'll add your bank account in the hub once you're approved.
- Your work with non-profits — how many you work with a year, what types, and what services you provide. All three are required, because that's what we review the application on.

We review it and email you when it's decided. Approved partners get a welcome email with their code.
How the commission works
By default:
- You earn 20% of the platform fee RaffleLink actually collects on each raffle an organisation you introduced completes.
- That runs for 12 months from the date they sign up.
- Their first completed raffle carries a minimum of $20 to you (capped at the fee itself, if the fee is smaller).
- The organisation you introduce gets 20% off the platform fee on their first raffle — a genuine incentive to mention you.
Your own terms are what count
Those figures are the standard terms, but every one of them can be set per partner. Your hub shows the rates that actually apply to you — read them there rather than assuming the defaults.
Commission is worked out at settlement, on the fee RaffleLink genuinely collected — so if the organisation used a credit that reduced their fee, the commission follows the smaller amount.
Getting attributed
Two ways an organisation gets linked to you:
- Your partner link —
rafflelink.com/signup?aff=YOURCODE. Attribution is captured automatically. - Your code, typed at signup — on the payout step of creating an organisation there's a Referral or promo code field. Your partner code works there too, even though the label doesn't name it.
Attribution is checked for eligibility — the program is for genuinely new organisations, so an organisation already on RaffleLink (including one that ran raffles on RaffleLink Classic) won't qualify. Your hub shows each one's status.
Your partner hub
Once approved, Partner hub appears in your account menu. It shows:
- Your partner link and code, with share buttons.
- Accrued balance, Referred organisations, and Paid to date.
- Payment details — add your bank account here. Your balance keeps accruing whether or not it's on file, but we can't pay you until it is.
- Tables of your referred organisations (with the date their earning window ends), your commissions, and your payouts.
Statuses read plainly: an organisation is Checking eligibility, Earning, or Not eligible; a commission is Accrued, Paid, or Reversed.
Getting paid
Accrued commissions are swept into a payout by the RaffleLink team and transferred to your bank account. There's no button to withdraw and no fixed schedule — if you need a status, the hub shows your accrued balance and paid-to-date, and support can tell you where a payout is up to.
Amounts are GST-inclusive where GST applies. An ABN is required — without one we're obliged to withhold tax at the top rate.
You're an introducer, not an organiser
Partners introduce organisations; they don't run raffles or handle raffle money. If you want to actually build and run raffles for an organisation, that's the affiliate path instead — and the two are separate things.
