Refer & earn

Invite another club to RaffleLink and you both get a $30 platform-fee credit once they get going.

Last reviewed 10 July 2026

Know another club, school, or charity that should be running raffles properly? Invite them, and when they get going, you both get a $30 credit off your RaffleLink platform fee.

"Invite another club to RaffleLink. When they reach $1,000 in online ticket sales, you both get a $30 platform-fee credit."

How it works

Share your link. Open Refer & earn from your account menu. You'll find Your referral link, plus a plain code you can read out (Or share your code). There are one-tap buttons for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

They run a raffle. They sign up using your link or code, then start selling tickets online. (If they've already got a code, they enter it on the Referral code (optional) field when they create their organisation.)

You both earn. Once they reach $1,000 in online ticket sales, you each get a $30 platform-fee credit.

About the credit

  • It comes straight off your RaffleLink platform fee on your next raffle, automatically. There's nothing to redeem.
  • If the credit is bigger than that raffle's fee, the leftover rolls over to your next one.
  • It doesn't expire.

When it's applied, you'll get an email confirming it — and you'll see it in your payout breakdown.

Keeping track

The Refer & earn page shows your Available credit, how many Clubs joined, and how many are still Pending. Each organisation you've referred sits in a list with its status:

StatusWhat it means
PendingThey've joined; they haven't hit $1,000 in online sales yet.
QualifiedThey've hit the threshold — your credit is on its way.
CreditedThe credit is yours.
Not eligibleThis referral doesn't qualify (see below).

You'll also get an email at each step: when your referral joins, when you've earned the credit, and when it's applied to a raffle.

It's for bringing new organisations to RaffleLink

The credit is meant to reward genuinely new organisations joining. Referrals that turn out to be an existing RaffleLink organisation — including one that ran raffles on RaffleLink Classic — or that look like your own organisation under another name, show as Not eligible. If you think that's wrong, email support@rafflelink.com and we'll take a look.
