Share your raffle
Links and QR codes — and the best places to spread the word.
The single most effective thing you can do for ticket sales is share your raffle widely. Most buyers arrive through a direct link or a QR code someone put in front of them, so the more places yours appears, the better.
Your raffle link
Every raffle has a web address — your organisation slug plus the raffle slug:
tickets.rafflelink.com/your-org/your-raffleFrom your raffle's overview, use Copy URL to grab it, then paste it anywhere your supporters are.
Your QR code
A QR code is perfect for the physical world — posters, flyers, a slide at an event, the back of a business card. From your raffle, use Download QR to get a PNG you can drop into print or a screen.
You can also grab a QR code while your raffle is still a draft — there's a QR popover right next to the URL field on the Basics step, handy for getting your print materials ready before you go live.

Where to share
The raffles that do best show up in lots of places:
- Social media — your organisation's pages, and ask members to reshare.
- Email and newsletters — to your existing supporter list.
- Messaging — group chats for your club, team, or community.
- In person — QR codes on posters and at events (this is where the Ticket Booth pairs nicely; see Ticket Booth).
A tip on link previews
When you share your link, the banner image and description you set in Basics are what show up in the preview. A clear banner and a punchy description make your shared links far more clickable — worth getting right before you start promoting.
