Present your results
Reveal your winners to a room, prize by prize, with a full-screen presentation.
Drawn your raffle and got a room full of supporters waiting? Present Results turns your completed draw into a full-screen reveal you can run from a laptop or projector — prize by prize, with a bit of ceremony.
It reveals; it doesn't draw
This is a replay of a draw that's already happened. The winners were decided the moment you drew — presenting just unveils them. Nothing is decided on stage, which is exactly what makes it safe to do in front of an audience.
Running it
After your draw, choose Present Results on the raffle's Draw page, then go full screen.
You open on a lobby screen — your raffle, ready to go. Choose Start when the room is.
For each prize, choose Reveal winner. The ticket spins and settles on the winning number. Then Next prize moves you along.
At the end, Show all winners brings up the full board of results.
You can advance with the spacebar rather than hunting for the button — handy when you're holding a microphone.
What's on screen
The presentation shows the winning ticket number and the winner's state — never names, emails, or contact details. It's built to be projected in a public room.
It also carries a line about how the winners were chosen: "Winners are drawn at random by RaffleLink's audited draw system. Each winning ticket is removed from the pool — no ticket can win twice in this draw."
The whole thing picks up your raffle's accent colour, so it looks like your raffle rather than a generic template.
If it won't let you present
If your raffle has paper tickets and any paper winner is still missing their details, the button stays disabled — "Enter every paper winner's details before presenting." Fill those in and it unlocks.
