Submit for review (affiliates)
How approval works when you're an affiliate running a raffle for an organisation.
If you're an affiliate — running a raffle on behalf of an organisation you're not a core member of — the organisation may require an admin to review your raffle before it goes live. This is a setting the organisation controls, so whether you see it depends on how they've set things up.
When review is required
Instead of activating directly, you submit your raffle for review. An admin at the organisation then either:
- Approves it — your raffle becomes active, or
- Requests changes — they send feedback on what to adjust.
If changes are requested
You'll be notified, with the admin's feedback attached. Apply the changes to your draft and resubmit when you're ready. There's no limit to going back and forth — it's just a quick check to make sure the organisation is happy before its name is on a live raffle.
Not an affiliate, or review isn't switched on?
If you're an admin of the organisation, or the organisation hasn't turned on affiliate review, you won't see this step — you activate your raffle directly. The review setting itself lives in Affiliate raffle review.
