Where to find your tickets later

How to get back to your tickets — no account, just your email.

Last reviewed 5 June 2026

RaffleLink doesn't make you create an account to buy tickets, which is lovely and simple — but it does mean there's no "log in and see my tickets" page. Instead, your tickets live behind a link in your confirmation email. That email is the key, so it's worth keeping.

Your confirmation email is the way in

When you buy, you get a confirmation email with your ticket numbers and a link to your tickets page. Open that link any time to see your tickets, the raffle details, and the result once it's drawn. The link is unique to your purchase — it's what lets you in without a password.

Keep the email

Because the link in your confirmation email is how you get back to your tickets, don't delete it until the raffle's done. Star it, file it, or leave it in your inbox — whatever helps you find it later.

Can't find the email?

  1. Search your inbox for the raffle name or "RaffleLink."
  2. Check spam / promotions — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
  3. Check you used the right email — if you mistyped it at checkout, the confirmation went to the wrong address. The fix is to have it corrected and resent — see Update your details.

Still nothing?

If you're sure you bought a ticket but can't find any email:

  • Contact the organiser (their details are on the raffle page) — they can resend your confirmation.
  • Or email support@rafflelink.com with your name, the email you used, and the raffle name, and we'll help track it down.

You don't need to have kept anything other than knowing which email you used — that's enough for us or the organiser to find your order.
