Emails you'll receive

What RaffleLink sends you, and when.

Last reviewed 5 June 2026

RaffleLink keeps in touch by email — that's the only channel, so it's worth making sure your address is right. Here's what to expect in your inbox.

Right after you buy

  • A purchase confirmation with your ticket numbers, a link to your tickets, and your order details. This is the important one — keep it, it's how you get back to your tickets.

While the raffle runs

  • Updates from the organiser — they may email ticket buyers with news or reminders.
  • Change notifications — if the organiser makes a significant change to the raffle (like adjusting the prizes or capacity), you'll get an email letting you know, so you're never in the dark about something you bought into.

Around the draw

  • The result — depending on the organiser, you may hear when the raffle is drawn.
  • If you win — the organiser sends a notification with the good news and what happens next. See How will I know if I won?

If something changes on your order

  • Contact updated — if your details are changed, you'll get a fresh confirmation reflecting the update.
  • Order cancelled — if your order is voided or the raffle is cancelled, you'll get an email explaining it (and, for card or PayPal payments, confirming your refund). See Refunds and cancellations.

Not getting emails?

  • Check your spam / promotions folder.
  • Make sure the email on your order is correct — see Update your details.
  • Add RaffleLink to your contacts so future emails land in your main inbox.

No SMS, no app

RaffleLink contacts you by email only — there's no text messaging or app notifications. So your email address really is the thread that ties everything together; keep it current and keep that confirmation handy.
