Sponsorship

Build a reusable sponsor list, set tier benefits, and download a sponsorship PDF to win over local businesses.

Last reviewed 25 August 2026

Sponsors do a lot for a raffle — prizes, credibility, reach — and most organisations work with the same businesses year after year. The Sponsorship page gives those relationships a home: save each sponsor once, set what your tiers offer, and reuse it all on every raffle you run.

You'll find it as SPONSORS in your organisation's menu. It's an admin-only page, since sponsors appear on public surfaces like tickets and emails.

Your sponsor list

Under Sponsors, choose Add to save a sponsor: their name, a logo (square works best — 800 × 800px recommended, up to 5MB), an optional website, and an optional tier. Drag to reorder; the order carries through to your raffle pages.

Two things worth knowing:

  • The list is a reusable library, not a live feed. Deleting a sponsor here only removes it from the list — raffles already using it keep it.
  • You can save up to 50 sponsors.

Tiers: Gold, Silver, Bronze

Tiers are how you offer sponsors different levels of exposure. The three tiers are fixed, and each unlocks a set of placements across RaffleLink:

Logo links to their website (email and ticket)

On the raffle page itself, every sponsor's logo links to their website if you've added one — the tier controls size and grouping there, and gates the email and ticket placements.

Describe what each tier offers

Under Sponsorship Tiers, choose Edit on a tier to list its benefits — up to 8 lines, in the order they should appear on your sponsorship PDF. The platform placements above are a starting point; add anything your organisation offers, from social media shout-outs to signage at the draw. The Suggestions chips give you common ones to tap in, and Reset to Default brings back the standard list.

The sponsorship PDF

Download Sponsorship PDF turns all of this into a one-page prospectus you can email or print for potential sponsors: who you are, the reach a sponsor can expect (drawn from your own raffle history once you have one), each tier's benefits, and your contact details. Tiers with no benefit lines are left off, and the first five lines of each tier are shown — put the strongest ones first.

Using sponsors on a raffle

On a raffle's Optional step, Add under Sponsors (optional) opens a picker of your saved sponsors — pick one and its details prefill, ready to tweak for this raffle (a business can sit at a different tier per raffle). You can still add a one-off sponsor from scratch with Add new sponsor.

Each raffle sponsor can also be linked to a Sponsored Prize — buyers then see "Sponsored by [name]" under that prize on the raffle page, linked to the sponsor's website. One thing to watch: the link follows the prize's position in your prize list, so if you reorder prizes later, double-check the sponsored-prize links still point where you intend.

Affiliates and independent organisers building a raffle add sponsors directly to the raffle — the shared list is only visible to org admins.

Let sponsors come to you

Once a raffle with a contact email is live, the sponsor section of its page ends with "Interested in becoming a sponsor?" and a link that opens an email to your organisation — so a business that spots your raffle can put its hand up.
