Congratulations! 🎉 If you've won, here's how claiming your prize usually goes.

The organiser arranges your prize

Prizes are handled by the organiser, not by RaffleLink — it's their raffle and their prize to give. Their winner email will tell you what to do next: how you'll receive the prize, whether to collect it or have it delivered, and who to contact.

So your first step is simple: read the winner email and follow what it says. If it asks you to reply or get in touch by a certain time, do that.

What you might need

Depending on the prize, the organiser may need:

  • To confirm your details — name, contact, and sometimes address for delivery.
  • To arrange collection or delivery.
  • For some prizes, a little paperwork (larger prizes, or where state rules require it).

It's all reasonable stuff — just the practicalities of getting the prize to you.

If you haven't heard the details

If you know you've won but the email is thin on next steps:

  • Reply to the winner email, or
  • Contact the organiser directly using the details on the raffle page.

They're expecting to hear from their winners, so don't be shy.

If a problem comes up

If you've won and can't get a response from the organiser, or something doesn't seem right about claiming your prize, email support@rafflelink.com with the raffle name and your order details. We can help connect you with the organiser and make sure your win is sorted properly.
